Another recent addition to the Abacus team (December 2021), Emma brings a great strength of commercial experience and academic achievement to our business. Joining Abacus from a large corporate entity wherein she held management over two fast-paced and busy sites, Emma knows the importance of process and efficiency.

Emma will have a lead role in crucial aspects of Abacus operations that ensure smooth running and continued growth. Her remit includes HR [Learning & Development, Staff Wellbeing, Internal Recruitment], GDPR, Systems & Processes, and projects.

After a very successful introduction to the team, Emma has already been christened the Abacus CHO – Chief Happiness Officer!

Outside of work Emma is learning to play golf (and seems to be quite the player already), enjoys walks with her dog and is looking forward to a post-covid year wherein she and her husband travel far and wide!
