Case Study Interviews:

With Case Study interview styles, the interviewer will provide the candidate with a scenario to solve, usually relating to the business but can also be a more general scenario that would access the same skills that are required by the company.

In Case Study Interviews the candidate is expected to understand the scenario that is provided to them and probes deeper into the topic by asking relevant questions to help them provide a solution.

Skills the company will be looking for within your answers could include:

  • Developing effective solutions
  • Problem-solving
  • Analytical skills
  • Commercial Awareness

Key Features

The main reasons for using Case Study interviews is that this style of interview gives the interviewer a better understanding of the reasoning and various other skills that the candidate possesses. For the candidate, this is the perfect chance for them to reveal their expertise in problem-solving and allows them to show their market knowledge in a specific area.
