
Roisin Moss, finalist for Employee of the Year 2018

Abacus is delighted to share that Roisin Moss, Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant is a finalist for the Employee of the Year category at the 2018 Belfast Business Awards.
Roisin graduated from the University of Liverpool with an LLB (Hons) Law degree. She subsequently went travelling around the world for six months and then returned to NI to start her own career. Roisin joined Abacus in 2015 as a temporary member of the administration team. Her drive, passion and enthusiasm has enabled Roisin to secure three promotions over the past three years and is now one of the leading legal recruitment consultants in NI.
Drawing on her own experience and in-depth understanding of the legal market, Roisin has become the recruitment point-of-contact for large FDI clients and successful indigenous companies in Belfast. Roisin’s proactive, partnership approach and professional relationship development has enabled her to really understand the recruitment needs of Abacus’ clients. Roisin coordinates with her contacts on a daily basis, understanding their business plans and continually forward-planning to ensure they have a strong team to deliver real business impact.
Roisin’s central role resonates fully with Abacus’ strong ethos of peer-to-peer learning. As a senior recruitment consultant, Roisin continually shares advice, support and guidance to the whole team. Her determined, hardworking attitude inspires and motivates, continually creating a positive influence within the business. A testament to her strong work ethic driving Abacus forward.
