1st Line Support Analyst – Up to £30,000 depending on Experience

Our client is looking to hire a permanent 1st Line Support Analyst to join their team in Belfast. The 1st Line Support Analyst will support the IT department in troubleshooting matters with technology and software used within the organisation.

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Log all issues within service management system.
  • Provide effective and efficient support.
  • Take ownership of issues and follow each ticket through the lifecycle.
  • Continuously keep up to date on trends within the service delivery sector.

Skills and Experience:

  • Prior experience in an IT Service Desk environment.
  • Technical knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Outlook or Exchange, VPN Support, application support.
  • Ability to answer queries related to PC/ Laptops, telephones or printers.
