The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure, systems, and applications for the client’s customer base. Efficiency and effectiveness in IT Support is of utmost importance and the right candidate will gain great exposure to a fast paced and technologically progressive environment.
Responsibilities that Await You:
- Architect and deploy sophisticated IT infrastructure solutions, encompassing servers, storage, network, security, and state-of-the-art cloud-based technologies. Your expert touch will fuel our company’s growth and performance.
- Become the go-to problem solver for intricate technical issues related to IT systems, applications, and infrastructure. Your keen eye for detail and analytical acumen will ensure seamless operations at all times.
- Seamlessly migrate users and services from on-prem to the highly efficient MS365 platform, fostering enhanced collaboration and productivity across the organization.
- Command and nurture the upkeep of servers, storage, network, security, and advanced cloud technologies, ensuring peak performance and rock-solid stability.
- Act as the guardian of our business continuity and disaster recovery plans, instilling confidence in our stakeholders and stakeholders alike.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and procedures, leaving no stone unturned in optimizing our processes and knowledge base.
- Uphold a stringent adherence to security and privacy regulations, including Cyber Essentials, safeguarding our assets and maintaining the trust of our customers and partners.
- Collaborate hand-in-hand with various departments, facilitating the seamless execution of IT projects that propel our company to the forefront of innovation.
- Be the pillar of support for our end-users, providing expert assistance in desktop support, mobile device management, and software installations, ensuring their utmost satisfaction and productivity.
- Nurture the growth of junior IT team members, imparting your expertise and serving as a beacon of technical leadership.

- Prove your mastery in Windows server administration, driving optimal performance and reliability in our systems.
- Leverage your experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMWare and Hyper-V, to elevate our infrastructure to new heights of efficiency.
