Commercial Account Handler:

• Setting up meetings with new business accounts
• Advising on existing products
• Setting up handling terms for claims
• Providing contact centre support for new policies
• Monitoring sales performance (if in a management role)
• Ensuring the team meets financial services authority (FSA) standards (if in a management role)
