Our client is seeking to recruit an Account Manager due to growth, you will be joining a team of professional striving for the best. The Account Manager will be responsible for a high quality of service provided to customers through consistent adherence to processes and procedures.


Deliver a proactive Contact Strategy to customer base

Deliver a proactive customer review strategy

Demonstrate excellent commercial acumen to help maintain margin within the customer base

Have a positive attitude toward customers in all interactions and establish positive rapport

Ensuring strategic and business objectives are always adhered to 

Effective and professional approach to your work 

Job Role Responsibilities

 Reducing churn by building a strong rapport with customers and conducting regular account reviews 

Answering all inbound calls courteously and professionally

Answering all inbound calls courteously and professionally

On site customer meetings minimum 2 days per week, conducting meetings/reviews 

Reactive customer problem solving

Proactively calling customers in your base to up sell services associated with Radius Payment Solutions

Providing cover for other account managers when necessary

Proactively working at winning back previously lost accounts

Proactively working at obtaining new business through referrals from your existing customer base

What experience / skills are we looking for?

 Minimum of 2-3 years’ relevant telecoms experience managing in-life business accounts 

Driving Licence 

Excellent communications skills both oral and written

Able to demonstrate a professional and proactive approach 

Knowledge and experience in dealing with customer queries and issues and the ability to bring to a satisfactory resolution.
