In your new role you will:
- Processing supplier/intercompany invoices
- Processing expense claims
- Analysis of the outstanding purchase orders
- Preparing payment proposal on a weekly basis
- Daily Purchase Daybook reconciliations
- Monthly Aged Creditors reconciliations
- Reconciling supplier statements
Essential Criteria
- Experience in both purchase and sales ledger
- Experience in bank reconciliations
- High attention to detail
- Strong time management skills & ability to prioritise
- Analytical and logical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work alone as well as being a good team player
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Clear communicator: written & verbal
