• Manage a large Accounts Payable team including team leaders and finance assistants at varying levels of experience.
• Oversee the timely & accurate processing of all invoices and expenses.
• Manage all payment runs along with the timely resolution of all queries.
• Manage, standardise, and improve all processes within AP.
• Set and monitor team and individual goals, hold regular one-to-ones and team meetings, and promote a collaborative environment.
• Manage change in a fast passed, transactional environment.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships globally.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements within the control’s environment.

We are looking for an experienced manager, who has a strong understanding of AP procedures and best practices.
