Our client strives in providing top-class customer service to local trade all over Northern Ireland. The core of their company focus is building brands and commercial growth. Do you have previous administration experience?

Are you computer illiterate?

Do you have good customer service experience?

– Completion of online system monitoring goods arriving on time

– Liaising with 3rd Party Hauliers to confirm loads have shipped and shipment details

– Completion of reports highlighting goods arriving on time and in full

– Liaising with 3rd Party warehouse provider to confirm goods have arrived when required

– Other general administration support duties associated within a busy office environment.

– Any other reasonable duties that may fall under this administration role

– Providing general administrative and operational assistance to the office as required.

– Using computer software to track shipping details

– Proficient in Microsoft packages
