06 June, 2022Our client is a thriving, respected architectural company with a strong ethos of staff development and support who are seeking to recruit a temporary Administration Support to join their team. This is a temporary position with an opportunity to turn permanent if you are a flexible, proactive self-learner. You will be joining a team that is multi-skilled with a dynamic blend of talent, opinion and approach.
Responsibilities
- Managing bill payments
- Managing setting up computers for new users and IT in the conference rooms
- Keeping track of licenses on Microsoft, checking billing
- Setting up sharepoint folders, libraries and sites
- Organising mobile phone renewals
- Uploading documents to sharepoint
- Keeping equipment register up to date
- Assisting with grant applications
- Staff expenses – recording and organising for payment
- Support to the architect team for insurance renewals, marketing support etc.
- Setting up folders for new projects and associated tasks
- Tracking timesheet completion by staff
- Ensuring meeting rooms are clean, tidy, working
- Arranging staff travel
- Filing/archiving, recording incoming and outgoing post.
Criteria
- Office 365 packages
- Flexible and proactive – willing to help out wherever help is needed
- Experience working in a sharepoint environment an advantage
- Experience in managing bill payments would be an advantage
