We are seeking to recruit an Administrator to join a team of professionals. You will be joining an organisation who values are at the heart of what they do, if you are ambitious, expert, agile, helpful and do the right thing then this may be the team for you to join… You will be joining a team of experts who specialise in actuarial, covenant, investment consulting and administration

Responsibilities

> Dealing with internal and external email queries and telephone calls

> Assisting colleagues with Office Support as and when required, including mail merges, photocopying, binding reports, formatting documents

> Dealing with incoming post, including certification of original documents and cheques, and scanning to scheme mailboxes

> Franking all outgoing post including tracked and registered post

> Ensuring all scheme email mailboxes are reviewed and emails uploaded to work management system

> Managing archiving of files, ensuring all records are up to date and accurate

> Assisting the Office Manager with monthly client billing process

> Ensuring timesheets are regularly updated and reported to the Office Head

> Arranging travel for colleagues

> Generating reports using Excel spreadsheets and Word documents

> Coordinating meeting rooms calendar, bookings and providing refreshments

> Ordering sundries for office kitchen

> Reviewing and ordering stationery

Job Requirements

Essential

> Professional customer focused approach to meeting and greeting clients or visitors

> Well-developed written communication skills, with ability to construct professional letters

> Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to anticipate and plan tasks in advance

> Good project and time management skills

> Good attention to detail and awareness of the need for accuracy in order to meet deadlines

> Team orientated approach, willing to assist their colleagues

> Demonstrates a can-do attitude and willingness to take on a variety of tasks

> Demonstrates initiative with a positive and proactive approach to work

> Able to demonstrate ownership, responsibility, and accountability for self

> Tact and sensitivity in handling confidential information

> Computer literate in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook with proven strength in document and presentation formatting and mail merge

> Educated to a minimum of GCSE or equivalent standard, including Maths and English grade C

Desirable

> Experience in a similar role would be beneficial
