🧩 What You’ll Be Doing
🔹 Leading audit and assurance assignments from planning through to completion
🔹 Managing on-site audit fieldwork and coordinating engagement teams
🔹 Building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service
🔹 Reviewing work completed by junior team members and providing constructive feedback
🔹 Identifying audit risks and helping deliver practical solutions
🔹 Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiencies
🔹 Mentoring and developing trainee and junior auditors
🔹 Ensuring compliance with audit standards and regulatory requirements

🎯 What We’re Looking For
✔ ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
✔ Previous audit or assurance experience within a professional services environment
✔ Strong understanding of audit methodology and compliance requirements
✔ Experience managing client relationships and delivering quality service
✔ Confidence leading assignments and supervising junior team members
✔ Experience using audit software and data analytics tools
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
