What will your role entail?

• Supporting and guiding the finance team
• Production of management accounts
• Variance analysis
• Efficient contract management
• Collating and distributing necessary information with finance teams
• Ensuring accurate processing of money and financial documents
• Reviewing and marking off payroll, using Microsoft Dynamics AX
• Providing banking administration support
• Assisting in budgeting, forecasting and year end accounts
• Maintaining cash allocations, ledgers and reconciliation data
• Supporting internal and external audits
• Training team, staff, and volunteers
• Applying new changes and processes to improve finance department
• Attending training for development

Who are we looking for?

 3-4 years finance experience

• Good verbal and written communication
• Produce management accounts
• Ability to work well within a team
• Strong Microsoft skills
• Experience of payroll

Desirable: Knowledge of accounting, and knowledge of AX and AX Dynamics would be advantageous.
