This is an exciting opportunity for a newly promoted Assistant Manager or an experienced Audit Senior looking to make the move into management. 🧩 What You’ll Be Doing
🔹 Leading audit assignments both on-site and remotely
🔹 Supporting Managers and Partners across a varied client portfolio
🔹 Reviewing work completed by trainees and junior team members
🔹 Building and maintaining strong client relationships
🔹 Assisting with audit planning, budgeting and completion processes
🔹 Mentoring junior staff and supporting their professional development
🔹 Contributing to wider advisory projects and client engagements
🔹 Ensuring high-quality service delivery across all assignments

🎯 What We’re Looking For
✔ ACA or ACCA qualified
✔ Around 1+ years’ post-qualified experience
✔ Strong audit experience gained within an accountancy practice
✔ Excellent organisational and time management skills
✔ Proactive, client-focused approach
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Ability to lead, motivate and develop junior team members
✔ Ambition to progress your career within a growing and successful firm
