🎯 The Opportunity As an Audit Manager, you’ll take ownership of significant client relationships, lead complex audit engagements, and play a key role in developing the next generation of talent.
🔑 What You’ll Be Doing 📊 Managing a diverse portfolio of audit clients across a variety of sectors
🚀 Leading audit engagements from planning through to successful completion
🤝 Building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and key decision-makers
✅ Reviewing and overseeing work completed by Seniors and Assistant Managers
🌱 Coaching, mentoring, and developing junior team members
💡 Collaborating with Partners and Directors on strategic and advisory projects
📈 Driving audit quality, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives
👤 What We’re Looking For Essential Requirements 🎓 ACA or ACCA qualified
📅 3+ years’ post-qualified experience within practice
📚 Strong technical audit and financial reporting knowledge
👥 Experience managing audit teams and client relationships
💬 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
💼 Commercial awareness and a client-focused mindset
🚀 Ambitious, driven, and motivated to progress within a Big 4 environment
