Aviation & Asset Finance Solicitor (1yr +)

Abacus Careers are currently sourcing for an experienced Solicitor/Associate to join a busy, growing Aviation & Asset Finance team, based in Dublin.  Our Client is a prestigious firm, recognised in a number of legal guides that offers a unique opportunity to work with industry leaders and develop expertise in aviation finance and asset management.

You will form part of a team that are dealing with high calibre work, for a number of international clients.  Previous experience in aviation and asset finance, or banking and finance will be required. The position is primarily Dublin based, with a blend of office and home working.

What you can expect to do:

• Draft and negotiate agreements, including purchase, sale, loan and lease agreements.
• Liaise with, and manage relationships with a range of clients in the aviation industry, to include leasing companies and international airlines.

What will you offer?:

• Minimum of 1 yr post-qualification experience ideally gained within and asset finance, aviation, commercial, corporate, banking, or finance team within a busy, top tier or niche firm.
• A strong academic background.
• Confidence and experience with regards to drafting skills.
• Solid technical / legal knowledge and skills.
• Effective and professional communication with the ability to foster and forge relationships with colleagues and clients.
