A highly successful, prestigious international law firm is currently seeking an experienced Banking & Finance solicitor to help to grow their team within the Belfast office. 

BANKING & FINANCE SOLICITOR

An excellent role exists for an experienced Banking Solicitor (Snr. Associate level/Director level) to join this high calibre firm as they seek to expand their team.  Ideally, this role would suit someone who offers experience of working within a busy or niche financial services / banking department of a corporate firm and is keen on a fresh challenge.

Working autonomously (but not in isolation), you can expect to handle some of the highest calibre work within the NI legal marketplace.  The team of supportive partners will help you to grow and develop this practice area and team.

Working closely with the London office, you will ideally offer experience of a range of the following: multi-jurisdiction restructuring/refinancing; general lending/corporate lending, property finance, acquisition, and leveraged finance.
