As the NI legal market continues to experience high levels of transactional work and job demands, it’s perhaps no surprise that we continue to hold conversations with various Law Firms in Belfast that are keen to explore Partner Level moves across a range of practice areas.

Most of our clients have a genuine interest in considering experienced and lateral hires at Partner level – some happy to consider ambitious Senior Associates under a glass ceiling keen to make the ‘step up’, particularly those that are well networked.

Our client is a National legal brand that offers a breadth of experience across a range of practice areas.  Having recently entered the NI market, this firm is keen on expanding their service offering to include the addition of a Banking Partner (amongst others)

Naturally, there will be a number of details to discuss but in short, this is an excellent opportunity for an individual that is ready and enthused to transition into a similar role that will allow full autonomy and an opportunity for you to ‘make your mark’ in the NI market whilst ultimately building a team.

You will be fully supported by a number of local and UK based Partners that can also assist in providing some referral work.
