We’re keen to speak with Banking & Finance Solicitors wishing to develop their career in an alternative environment, in short, you will be a qualified solicitor (all levels considered, from NQ +)) but will at the very least offer experience in Banking & Finance matters to include but not limited to:

• Drafting and Negotiating Finance Documentation
• Loan Agreements
• Lending Documentation
• Funds/asset management
• FS regulatory & reform (IBOR)
