BD & Marketing Manager

Our client is currently seeking to recruit a BD and Marketing Manager, do you want to join a leading law firm and take your career to the next step?

This role presents an exciting opportunity for the ideal candidate to develop their career in BD and Marketing at our market leading professional services firm.

Based in the Firm’s Belfast office and working closely with the Belfast Partnership and wider BD & Marketing teams in Belfast and Dublin, the individual will be key in driving our successful firm strategy.

Responsibilities:

The role will involve supporting a wide and diverse range of activities including:

Overall responsibility for event management – including seminars, client hospitality and industry events (both in person and online)

Coordinate and support Partners in various BD initiatives – e.g. client relationship programmes; focus on key targets and contacts; Work Winning Group

Production of marketing collateral – brochures, ezines, advertisements, website, and other promotional material

Manage and further develop the contribution of the wider marketing team

Working closely with the Head of Bids & Markets with regards to bid and tender processes and submissions to legal directories

Management and development of key external and stakeholder relationships

Required Skills / Experience

Specific experience related to the responsibilities outlined for the role

5+ years corporate/professional services BD & Marketing experience

Degree or other third level qualifications

Required Characteristics

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

Meticulous attention to detail

Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines

Project management and organisational ability

High proficiency in the use of all Microsoft Office packages

Highly motivated; proactive; a flexible approach to work

A team player with the ability to effectively collaborate with staff of all levels

Displays commercial acumen

Ability to work out of hours when required
