28 June, 2023Our client is seeking to recruit a Brand Representative , on an FTC until February 2024 , you will support the Marketing Managers in the delivery of brand development for a portfolio. You will be joining a leading brand who strive in customer excellence.
Manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of a comprehensive range of brand marketing campaigns for key company brands utilising through-the-line advertising, digital marketing, social media, PR, sales promotion, stakeholder engagement/partnerships and new media solutions.
Support the company brand strategy and product development by utilising regular customer satisfaction, brand engagement measurement and ensuring implementation is delivered to specification.
Manage relevant promotion evaluations.
Manage an ongoing programme of company groups.
Manage quality control of brand messaging across the company estate and fleet through a regular programme of brand audits and ongoing engagement with Service Delivery Managers and public contact staff.
Through partnerships, deliver joint marketing programmes which stimulate reasons to travel and opportunities for growth in patronage and revenue.
Support the development and implementation of corporate revisions and promotions.
Support commercial sales and customer engagement programmes that maximise growth in sales and promote best value options.
Support company brand marketing at all major public events, maximising growth in patronage and revenue and profiling and promoting company and its corporate reputation amongst key influential stakeholders.
Ensure appropriate consideration is given to the organisation’s equality duties as well as specific commitments associated with the job role.
Essential Criteria
Minimum of a Degree, or equivalent, in Marketing, Communications or Business Studie
Minimum of 2 years Brand/Marketing experience on a brand with a strong customer focus
Experience of fully integrated marketing programmes including digital marketing tactics
Experience of developing campaign briefs, establishing SMART objectives and project metric
Experience of developing and implementing innovative through-the-line marcomms project
Experience of working with Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience of carrying out business development, identifying commercial growth opportunities
Desirable
Possess a minimum of a Post Graduate qualification in Marketing, Communications or Business Studie
Possess Membership of an appropriate professional organisation such as CI
Experience of implementing market research findings and deploying appropriate evaluative technique
Full current driving licence
