Our client is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Business Analyst who is passionate about the impact of data and AI in organizations.
What will you be doing?
You will work with customers to determine requirements, understand their data and existing processes. You will then create specifications and architectures, understand usage and manage acceptance testing.
You will be contributing to the delivery of data analytics solutions to customers, working with colleagues to design new systems and evaluating technical and business impacts from developed solutions.
Essential Criteria
- Experience gathering requirements and defining solutions to customer problems
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, or statistical packages
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI
- Experience in software development methodologies, specifically Agile/SCRUM
Desirable Criteria:
- Demonstrable data analytics project development or delivery experience
- Experience managing project discovery and handover to delivery teams
- Bachelor or master’s degree at 2.1 or above (or equivalent), preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics
- Experience working in cloud environments such as Azure or AWS
- Experience using Power BI Q&A feature and/or Power Apps
- Experience using container technology such as Docker or Kubernetes
