Responsibilities of the role

The duties outlined below are the key reporting duties required of the Business Planning & Administration Executive, but the role is not restricted to these duties and adhoc reporting and responsibilities may be allocated at any time

  • Working with both Sales Teams to effectively and efficiently option/ book and manage all Outdoor campaigns
  • Ensure all campaign options are managed and call-in procedures and timelines are adhered to
  • Liaise closely with the Operations Manager to ensure accurate information is communicated and aid the smooth flow of all campaigns each sales cycle
  • Fielding calls from clients and solving Operational issues
  • Ensure posting instructions are sent to the relevant parties each campaign cycle, ensure all posting reports and photos are received in a timely manner and sent to the relevant parties
  • Meet all reporting deadlines and ensure accurate information is provided to keep in all areas within your responsibility.
  • Responsible for inventory management on CAS & Fusion, ensuring all site information is accurate and new data added promptly.

What you will need

-Good Administration and customer service experience

-Qualifications (GCSE’s and A-levels preferably)

-Soft skills

-Technical skills
