Business Insights & Analytics – Associate

Client:

Our client is at the forefront of new-generation solutions for complex legal work. Our client has real solutions to real problems within the large scale legal world. They are keen to recruit Associates into their Business Insights & Analytics team. Work can be on UK hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm or US hours of 3:00pm to 11:00pm

Role:

• Support in running bulk uploads and updates
• Support development of changes to upload process
• Support implementation of changes from UAT to Production
• Suggest design changes and process efficiencies

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience with ETL (Extract, transform, load)
• Proven experience with SQL
• Excel
• Power Bi / Power query
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
• Ability to distribute work across direct reports on different shift patterns effectively

Skills and Experience preferred:

• Salesforce database and system understanding
• Azure Data Factory
• Azure Logic apps
• VBA
• Access DB
