Full Time Permanent – Call Handler
You will be responsible for representing the Company in a professional but consultative manner, lead generation and data input. You will also manage existing client’s expectations ensuring all needs and requirements are met and any problems or underlying issues are identified and addressed.
What is expected from you?
Liaising Senior Management on a daily basis to discuss updates, plans and targets.
Maintain and update the company data base with accurate information on a daily basis.
On-going training and development, regular performance reviews and monthly one to ones.
Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the company.
General customer service duties.
General administrative duties.
Excellent microsoft skills a must.
Professional telephone manner.
