Abacus are currently recruiting for a leading global law firm that operates in over 30 countries. Their lawyers are leaders in their field and the same goes for their support teams. This is a 9 month fixed term contract and full time position.

The law firm are looking for someone to join their Business Acceptance Unit as a Client Audit Team Administrator.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Commercially minded and ideally possessing a legal skill set;
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent task management skills and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure; and
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and pro-active.
  • Solutions orientated

They are looking for someone who has:

  • Previous relevant work experience as paralegal or administrator
  • Excellent IT skills, in particular Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proven ability to work independently and pro actively
