Client Manager – Corporate Insurance

As a Client Manager, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships with clients across diverse industry sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage client and insurer relationships.
• Negotiate, place, and report to clients at renewal, mid-term, and new business stages.
• Ensure adequacy and appropriateness of coverage.
• Manage workloads, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate client records.
• Provide high-quality policy documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with the team and contribute to business objectives through sales initiatives.

Ideal Candidates:

• Minimum of 2 years’ broking experience.
• Possess or working towards Cert CII.
• Good commercial insurance experience and technical knowledge.
• Enthusiastic, client-focused, and able to develop strong relationships.
• Team player with attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
• IT proficient with high motivation and a proactive attitude.
