A leading international professional services firm is looking to hire a Client Onboarding Officer to join their growing Risk & Compliance team in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in AML, CDD/KYC and Conflicts within a legal or professional services environment.   This is a team of 18 professionals with the requirement to expand due to business growth.  Appointed candidates will join a team with superb career development options!
 
🔍 What you’ll be doing:
✔️ Managing end-to-end client onboarding processes
✔️ Conducting AML/CDD checks and risk assessments
✔️ Investigating complex ownership structures & UBOs
✔️ Reviewing conflicts checks using Intapp
✔️ Assessing PEPs, adverse media & source of funds
✔️ Supporting stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions
 
🎯 What we’re looking for:
✅ Experience in AML/KYC/CDD and conflicts analysis – Circa 2 years plus.
✅ Background in legal or professional services
✅ Strong analytical and research skills
✅ Ability to manage high-volume workloads accurately
✅ Experience with Intapp or screening platforms preferred
