We are exclusively working with a trusted client to help them recruit a Client Services Coordinator for their busy consultancy firm. This company are Belfast based, and work with clients across NI, the UK and ROI.

What you need:

  • Two+ years’ experience in an administration, co-ordinator, or finance role
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment is essential.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused attitude
  • Excellent customer/client services experience
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office including Word & Excel
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively manage competing priorities.

Salary Range is £24K-£28K, depending on experience and qualifications, plus company benefits.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience in budget management
  • Previous experience in project-based workload or consultancy firm
  • Event management training or experience
  • Knowledge or experience in HR, Learning & Development or Organisation Development
