What do you need?

v At least 3 years’ commercial insurance experience

v Minimum of 5 GCSE’s at Grade C or above, including Maths and English, or

v equivalent qualification

v You communicate clearly and transparently, with telephony experience

v You have strong influencing and negotiation skills

v You can work independently, at times with minimal supervision

v Computer literate ideally with Microsoft Office applications experience

 

Desirable:

v Two years of recent experience using Open GI software or equivalent platforms

 

What will you be doing?

v Handling inbound and outbound calls to generate new business and to service existing customers

v Advising, recommending, selling and servicing appropriate insurance products to meet the customer’s needs;

v Complying with all insurance schemes and underwriting rules;

v Meeting and exceeding personal, team and department targets;

v Recording and maintaining customer records in accordance with company procedures;

v Complying with FCA requirements, including adhering to agreed scripts;

v Developing knowledge of the product range;

v Participating in training and coaching sessions and continuous development of knowledge of the product range
