Responsibilities
- Setting up meetings with new business accounts
- Advising on existing products
- Setting up handling terms for claims
- Providing contact centre support for new policies
- Monitoring sales performance (if in a management role)
- Ensuring the team meets financial services authority (FSA) standards (if in a management role)
