The Role – Commercial Contracts Solicitor (flexible level of PQE considered)

On behalf of a growing and highly regarded law firm, Abacus Careers is currently recruiting for a talented and creative Commercial Solicitor that is seeking a fresh challenge.

Following a recent meeting with this impressive law firm, it was clear that the quality and calibre of work was extremely high.  The working culture and environment is collaborative whilst the Partners encouraged autonomy.  You will be able to take ownership of your client base and be able to enhance your career with the continued success of the firm.

You will be someone who can draft intelligent, sensible, accurate contracts.  Someone who, by listening to your clients, will be able to create fit for purpose agreements and support your clients with their legal business needs.

Ideally, your experience will be in drafting a range of commercial, IT/IP, technology contracts – that’s said, if you have a genuine interest in technology then the firm can consider this too.

As one of the ‘go-to’ law firms for commercial work, this firm handles legal matters on behalf a wide variety of clients to include international clients, legal tech start-ups, cross-border clients and a number of top 100 companies.

Although they can be flexible with levels of experience, it is suggested that you will offer c. 3yrs experience (although all levels will be reviewed/considered) gained within a busy corporate team.
