We are currently working with one of Northern Ireland’s leading employers as they seek to recruit experienced Commercial solicitors to join their team.

Headquartered in Northern Ireland. This client has experienced steady and continued growth over the years, operates in more than 10 countries, employs more than 2000 staff and deals with a high number of international and global clients, all household names.

In terms of suitability, you will be an experienced lawyer that is completely at ease when it comes to drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts to including general commercial contracts, content development contracts, professional contracts, consulting contracts, staffing contracts and most importantly software and licensing contracts.

You will have gained your experience within a practice or In-House environment and have a strong track record in managing client relationships. Regularly advising and negotiating contracts, you will be comfortable in providing practical advice to a range of stakeholders regarding the same, maintaining a broad business acumen focus.

We will consider candidates at all levels with the relevant commercial contract experience.
