The Opportunity

This is a standout opportunity for an experienced lawyer to take a leading role in a growing practice, working closely with an established client base while shaping the future direction of the firm. You’ll join a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where quality of work, client relationships and autonomy are genuinely valued.

Role Summary

You will lead on a broad range of commercial property matters while playing a key role in the strategic growth of the practice. Key responsibilities include:

• Advising on high-value commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals and development work
• Managing landlord and tenant matters across a varied client portfolio
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
• Driving business development activity and contributing to the firm’s continued growth
• Leading, mentoring and developing junior team members
• Contributing to the overall strategy and direction of the firm.

The Person

We’re keen to speak with experienced Commercial Property Partner who:

• Is operating at Partner level or ready to step up into a Partner role
• Offers a strong track record in commercial property work and client relationship management
• Bring a commercial mindset with the ability to identify and drive growth opportunities
• Are confident, credible and relationship-focused in their approach
• Enjoy working in a collaborative, agile and entrepreneurial environment
• Ideally have an existing network or following (although not essential).
