Company Lawyer – FTC

Abacus is on the market to identify an In House Company Lawyer.

You will need to offer at least 2 years post qualified experience as a Solicitor or Barrister and have knowledge and experience within some of the areas of corporate and commercial matters, commercial agreements (drafting and negotiating), commercial property and corporate governance.

It’s a very interesting opportunity in a solid and positive working environment and a very supportive employer brand.

The role will be for a 12-month fixed-term contract which therefore suits someone who is available to start promptly, or indeed a professional in permanent employment who perceives an increased risk to their job security in the short to medium term.
