In-House Solicitor, 12 month fixed term

On behalf of a one of Northern Ireland’s leading brands, Abacus are currently recruiting for a Company Lawyer to join the In-House legal function of very well-established employer.

Boasting a high calibre of work, this role will offer exposure to a range varied commercial contracts, commercial property matters and corporate governance matters. As such, you will have a very good understanding of drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of the above.

What do you need to offer….?

This role would suit someone who offers experience of either working within an In-House environment or has gained at least 2 yrs PQE working within a busy commercial environment.

In a nutshell, you will support the current General Counsel across all legal matters affecting the organisation. In addition, you will be required to communicate on a daily basis with the Directors, internal and external stakeholders, maintaining and safeguarding the best interests of the company on all aspects of commercial contracts and corporate services issues.

The company can consider either a qualified solicitor or barrister with at least 2 years’ experience in the above, that said all levels will be considered.
