The Role – Construction Solicitor
You will be a qualified Solicitor with multiple years’ experience gained within Construction Law. Although all levels be considered, ideally you will offer approx. 4 yrs + PQE. The role will consist of mostly Non-Contentious Construction matters (plus some contentious). Your experience will ideally have been gained within a large firm or niche practice and you will be familiar with drafting and reviewing a range of contracts to include JCT, NEC, Bonds/Guarantees and Warranties.
Now the bit about the firm…..
You will join a firm that promotes staff well-being, career development and encourages people development within the office. They also promote a supportive culture and often encourage their staff to get involved with networking events and corporate activities.
Their quality of work remains very high and teams often work collaboratively across their multiple branches across the UK (and in some instances further afield). You can expect to handle work from NI, E&W, ROI and even other jurisdictions.
They also believe in delivering a clear message when it comes to your career and will map out a route for you to show you how you can develop professionally and personally.
I would be keen to hear from you if you think you fit the bill. The reward and salary on offer will be very competitive; in addition to the financial gain this will also be a great career move for someone seeking to build their reputation within this area of law.
