Construction/Insurance Solicitor (NQ-5)

We are seeking a talented Contentious Construction Lawyer to join our clients team. We are looking for a candidate with 1-5 years PQE, and relevant experience to provide legal advice for construction-related disputes across various sectors, such as housing, local government, social business, and charity clients. While non-contentious construction or public procurement experience is beneficial, it is not necessary.

As a member of the disputes team, the successful candidate will handle complex construction disputes, cladding and fire-related issues, contract rectification, and payment disputes. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in construction dispute work and primarily focus on contentious work, although there will be opportunities to support the team as needed.
