Construction Solicitor

On behalf of a national law firm, Abacus are currently recruiting for a solicitor to join the Construction team.

You will be a qualified Solicitor with 4 years’ experience gained within Construction Law. Your experience will ideally have been gained within a large firm or niche practice and you will be familiar with all aspects of construction of both non-contentious and contentious disputes and have strong experience of contract drafting and negotiation, arbitration’s and related documents and contracts to include JCT, FIDIC, NEC, Bonds/Guarantees and Warranties. You will manage your own case load along with supervising and assisting the wider team
