Employment Terms: Full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
Annual Leave: Starting with 20 days plus statutory holidays, rising to 25 days

Are you an experienced Conveyancing ParaLegal looking for an exciting opportunity to support our Property team and contribute to our firm’s growth by delivering exceptional service to our clients?
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage residential property transactions from initial client contact to completion and registration, under supervision
- Prepare contracts for freehold and leasehold sales
- Draft transfers, assignments, and conveyances
- Handle mortgage documentation and related paperwork
- Respond to property-related inquiries
- Familiarity with both registered and unregistered conveyancing work
- Identify and address title issues for both registered and unregistered properties in sales and purchases
- Handle all aspects of re-mortgage transactions
- Manage all aspects of transfer of equity, including meeting clients’ and lenders’ requirements
- Ensure compliance with lenders’ panel membership requirements
- Proactively identify and suggest additional services to enhance the client’s transaction, including other legal departments within the firm
General Duties:
- Open and close files while maintaining ISO & Lexcel compliance standards
- Efficiently manage tasks within the department without secretarial support
- Utilize the Firm’s Case Management System (CMS) effectively
- Record time spent on all matters
- Uphold a high level of client care with a professional approach
- Prepare bills and initiate initial credit control procedures
- Support the ongoing development of the CMS
- Undertake any additional duties, training, or work hours commensurate with the role
Essential Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a conveyancing department
- Strong communication skills with a high standard of client service approach
- Conscientious and takes responsibility for their work
- Well-organized and methodical with keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and produce high-quality documents and client communications
- Advanced knowledge of legal CMS and Microsoft Office
- Positive can-do attitude
