As a Conveyancing Paralegal within the Private Client Team, you will play a crucial role in assisting with a wide range of conveyancing matters, ensuring the smooth and efficient completion of property transactions for clients. Responsibilities:
- Support senior solicitors and attorneys in the preparation of conveyancing documents and transactions.
- Conduct due diligence on properties, including title searches, land registry checks, and property surveys.
- Communicate with clients, estate agents, and other professionals involved in property transactions.
- Assist in the management of all legal aspects of property transactions, from the initial stages through to completion.
- Prepare and review legal documentation, including contracts, deeds, and agreements.
- Coordinate with various government agencies and institutions to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal in a law firm.
- Strong understanding of conveyancing processes and property law in Northern Ireland.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing top-notch service to clients.
- Proficiency in relevant legal software and tools.
- A relevant legal qualification or certification is desirable.
