Our client is a well-established and reputable law firm located in the heart of Belfast, Northern Ireland. Their Private Client Team is expanding, and they are looking for a skilled Conveyancing Paralegal to join the dynamic and growing team.

As a Conveyancing Paralegal within the Private Client Team, you will play a crucial role in assisting with a wide range of conveyancing matters, ensuring the smooth and efficient completion of property transactions for clients. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about the legal field, thrives in a team-oriented environment, and is committed to delivering outstanding service to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Support senior solicitors and attorneys in the preparation of conveyancing documents and transactions.
  • Conduct due diligence on properties, including title searches, land registry checks, and property surveys.
  • Communicate with clients, estate agents, and other professionals involved in property transactions.
  • Assist in the management of all legal aspects of property transactions, from the initial stages through to completion.
  • Prepare and review legal documentation, including contracts, deeds, and agreements.
  • Coordinate with various government agencies and institutions to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal in a law firm.
  • Strong understanding of conveyancing processes and property law in Northern Ireland.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing top-notch service to clients.
  • Proficiency in relevant legal software and tools.
  • A relevant legal qualification or certification is desirable.
