Conveyancing Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join our client in Lisburn. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential and commercial property transactions and providing legal advice to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion

• Conducting property searches, reviewing titles and drafting contracts for sale and purchase

• Advising clients on property law, stamp duty and other related legal matters

• Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors involved in property transactions

• Managing client relationships and providing excellent customer service 

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland with at experience in Conveyancing

• Excellent knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures

• Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills

• Ability to manage a busy caseload and work well under pressure • A client-focused approach and commitment to providing excellent customer service
