Corporate Solicitor, 2 yrs PQE (ideally – but flexible!) Belfast

We are currently recruiting for one of our most impressive legal clients. An award winning firm that has expanded their office considerable over the past few years, mainly due to the success of their service delivery and impressive brand. This firm handles high volumes of high value transactional work on behalf of some of the UK’s leading corporate entities and is often at the forefront of all highly publicised activity.

Joining this firm at Solicitor level, although you will be supported by an impressive legal brand and a talented leadership team, you will be able to demonstrate that you have some previous experience of some of the below skills:

· M&A, MBO, MBI, JV’s, VC and private funded ventures, Governance, Corporate Finance.

· Experience of drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements (advantageous)

· Ideally 2 years PQE, ideally gained within a large, busy or niche corporate practice – that said, all levels will be considered.
