My client offers insurance for all sizes of business from sole traders to large corporates and counts thousands of SMEs and some of Northern Ireland’s biggest brands as clients.

Constantly expanding, my client is recruiting for a Corporate Broker, located in their Belfast office.

The Role:

• To provide a complete professional service to prospects, clients, and account executives in respect of quotations, adjustments, and renewals for all classes of commercial/corporate insurance.
• To provide the highest standards of customer care, service, and client retention.

Knowledge and Skills

• Minimum of 5 years’ commercial insurance experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience dealing with complex corporate accounts.
• Computer literate, with a working knowledge of computerised insurance systems.
• Professional qualification – Cert CII or working towards DIP qualification
• Experience in a broking environment
• Interpersonal / Communication skills
• Flexible and adaptable to change
• Collaboration and teamwork
• Strong trading skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Relationship management (Internal & External)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
