Corporate Solicitor, Belfast Firm

Abacus Careers are currently seeking a Solicitor with experience of dealing with a range of corporate and commercial matters to join this market leading team. Although currently working remotely, this firm boasts modern office space, high end hardware and promotes a culture of continued development. Based in the City Centre, this firm is often regarded as one of the premier law firms for Blue-Chip clients across the UK (and further afield).

What about the Job?

Forming part of the Corporate team, ideally you will ideally offer at least 3 yrs PQE, that said, don’t be put off getting in touch if you are more/less experienced – they can be flexible.

Your experience should include dealing with a range of corporate transactions to include a range of the following:

• Corporate – M&A transaction, Private Equity, JV and VC, Corporate finance, company re-orgs and restructuring.

Experience of working within the Energy sector would certainly elevate your application considerably. In addition to the technical skills, you will be a confident communicator and have an interest in assisting the firm with their range of networking activities.
