You can expect to work shoulder to shoulder with a number of leading figures within the corporate practice group in particular, their M&A, transactions and Technology teams.  This means that you should ideally have a great grasp of corporate transactions workflows, multi – jurisdiction work and large scale projects (for example DD).

In addition to the above required ‘technical’ skills, you will also be a great communicator.  Offering a high level of attention to detail and care when working, you will form part of a team that supports the successful delivery of various business essential projects.
