Abacus Professional Recruitment are working on a number of legal jobs in Belfast, one of our current demands is a managerial level Corporate Solicitor to join a large, world leading law firm with offices in Belfast City Centre. This role will be operating at a supervisory level and therefore, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 yrs PQE gained within a transactional Corporate role.

This is a permanent, full time role.

The Person

• Qualified solicitor or barrister in England and Wales or Northern Ireland, (other common law jurisdictions will be considered).
• At least 5 years PQE in a transactional, corporate role ideally gained within a large, busy firm.
• Experience of people management to include workflow management, quality assurance and motivating and developing a team.
• High level of attention to detail, and excellent client relationship skills.
• Experience of assisting with / taking the lead on some business development activities including client presentations and pitches.
• Strong analytical ability, coupled with sound judgement and effective communication style is also essential.
