The Corporate Team offers comprehensive guidance across a wide range of sectors, including Technology, Energy & Renewables, Food & Agriculture, Transport & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Leisure and Hospitality, and Financial Services. With a client base spanning from start-ups to multinational corporations, offering market-leading knowledge and specialized legal assistance for various corporate transactions and legal matters.

They are seeking a talented and motivated Newly Qualified – 2 PQE Solicitor to join this highly respected Corporate Team. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to provide valuable legal advice and support on all aspects of corporate law, with a primary focus on M&A transactions. You will work closely with both buyers and sellers, helping them formulate effective M&A strategies to achieve growth and market share objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior team members to develop M&A strategies for clients, offering insightful advice to achieve their business goals.
• Conduct thorough due diligence, providing comprehensive analysis and recommendations to clients during transactions.
• Assist in planning and integration activities related to M&A transactions, ensuring smooth transitions for clients.
• Offer expert legal guidance on corporate finance matters, helping clients navigate complex financial aspects of transactions.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including procurement, employment, competition, intellectual property, environmental, and planning law experts, to deliver seamless and holistic legal solutions.
• Engage with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor legal strategies accordingly.
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends to provide informed advice to clients.
