Corporate Solicitor (3-5 yrs PQE), Belfast

This role would ideally suit someone who has worked within a large, busy or niche corporate practice and is keen to join a firm that actively supports career progression and development. You will be supported by an impressive legal brand that has a high calibre client base. Often at the pinnacle of the Experian listings, you can expect to handle some of the biggest and best transactions in the local market.

The Role

The role calls for an individual who can certainly demonstrate that they can ‘hold their own’ when it comes to Corporate law. You will be working as part of a team that has reported a level of pre-recessionary work volumes, hence their need to recruit addition staff.

You will be able to offer experience of dealing with a range of transactional corporate matters to include:

• M&A, MBO, MBI, JV’s, VC and private funded ventures, Governance, Corporate Finance.
• Experience of drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements would also be an advantage
• Dealing with clients within the energy/renewables sector would also be a strong advantage

You will also be a strong communicator, an avid networker and be able to foster excellent working relationships with clients and work colleagues. A business focused approach to work with a positive attitude is openly rewarded within the firm.
